Watergate Bay is the largest of all the Newquay Beaches and offers a massive playground where we can fly kites.
The golden sands stretch for miles, and we can always find space away from everyone to get dragged around the beach by a power kite.
The low tide exposes the flat sand of the billiard table, and the large open bay is a vacuum for the wind.
Only a 5-10 min drive from Newquay, this Beautiful beach with heaps of parking and easy access lies open to the westerly winds off the Atlantic.
The beach has shops, cafes, and restaurants, making it the perfect place for us to teach and for you to hang out after your lesson.

What to bring
You only need to bring a few things with you to take part.
- Lace up trainers (you don't mind getting a bit wet and sandy).
- Wear weather-suitable clothes, i.e., a windproof jacket.
- Hairband (for tying back long hair).
- Eco-friendly Waterproof sunblock (Pre-apply to your face and hands at least 30 mins before joining us).
- Sunglasses.
- Please remove jewellery pre-activity and leave it somewhere safe.
- We will not be held responsible for lost, stolen or damaged personal belongings.

Great Extreme Coasteering Experience
Great experience in the wash - very friendly and organised, had a good laugh along the way and felt safe at all times!
Really recommend these guys if you are up for a challenge and adventure!
Wow - What an afternoon!
Booking was easy, friendly and professional. Finding the team in Newquay was also easy and whilst we arrived really early, they made us feel really welcome and even sorted us out with a coffee.
As a seasoned Skydiver I was not thinking this would test my adrenal gland at all - How wrong I was....Brilliant fun, plenty of excitement and a real rush from start to finish. Our guides were friendly and very good.
I went with my 17 year old and my 12 year old. Both are girls and I spent the first 15 minutes staying close to them in the water but It was very clear they were in excellent hands and I had absolutely no worries for their care or safety. It really was a superb adventure and I cannot recommend highly enough!
Great family activity.
We all got taken out of our comfort zones in different ways and felt very proud afterwards. Even had some photos and video footage take of us all jumping in.
The sea that day was bounce which made for some dramatic moments and a very fun day. Our guide was a very strong swimmer and helped tow our youngest around the corner as it wasn't that easy swimming in all the gear, which was provided.

Amazing Experience
Sam and Scott made us all feel safe taking part and showed us round some amazing caves, holes in rocks that we could swim through and we did a load of cliff jumping too. We were even fortunate to see a seal so keep your eyes peeled if you go! One of the highlights of our trip and I'd definitely recommend.
We would both 100% recommend this experience these guys are great!
